I love my family I swear.
So, I'm stuck at my mom's. All because I didn't want to go to a Catholic church with dipshit. No, I'm not kidding you. Truth be told, although we are the same religion, Catholics scare the crap out of me. I was watching Mass on t.v., and well, I wasn't sure I wanted to see it in person. Plus, I remember my grandpa's funeral and all the up and down sitting, kneeling, rising, saying certain things at certain times, it's confusing. So, he took the car since none of us wanted to go, with the promise of being home around 1:30 Christmas morning, and now it's...11:34 Christmas night and the bastard's still not back.
Now, my roommates do not have a car, and I do not have their parent's number nor do I know if they're spending the night over their parent's house either. So, I'm literally stranded hear until either dipshit comes home or we find a ride for me. I'm so happy mom doesn't have to work tomorrow so she can help me figure this all out. I didn't even get to see my Uncle Tony because we had no way to get out there. ;__; I really wanted to see him too!
That beer in the fridge? Yah. Tempting. However, I hate the taste of beer and my conscious wouldn't let me do it if I tried. u___u' Maybe I should have Crystal pull out the blender a little early because now I understand what she means when people drive her towards drinking.
...and I need to check the site still...
*cough* Anywho, that's the holiday suck. Yah. Fun.
So, on to the 'good stuff'. It was a tight Christmas, but that's expected. None of us are very well on money, but once again did what we could with it. ^__^ Mom and Michael pitched in for a record/CD/cassette/am-fm radio/ can plug a MP3 player in little combo and it looks real nice. The dial lights up and looks like an old fashioned radio!! Now I can play all those records I got over the summer!! And I got the usually toothpaste, toothbrush, socks, pair of pants deal.
Chad actually liked the manga I got him. o_0' I might get the kid into reading yet...
So, that was my holiday. Watched/listened to preachers, ate a really good dinner, and stealing the computer since Chad's grounded from it. >:D
peace,
hoping next year's a bit less bitchy psycho
