Here is Now

So, I've been really busy with school and stuff, as in I should actually be preparing for my Japanese presentation that's due tomorrow, but I can wait a little while longer to do that, mostly because it's a power point. And I rock the socks off power point presentations, although this will be the first time I play around with the Open Office one, because I am very, VERY poor right now due to the fact that WCCCD can suck my non-existent balls. They think that I haven't turned in my aide papers when I have, and they still haven't updated my account, which means I get to go bitch them out. But that's a whole different rant in itself.
Have some cuts. :D
So...school isn't going as bad as it could be, and I'm doing way better than I could be. Mostly because my paper writing skills are still kind of rusty, but I'm slowly getting back into the art of bullshitting my way through papers. Hopefully the two I turn in later today will go over alright. I'm kind of scared for my English paper, because I changed the story I was doing it on three times, and that doesn't count the failed attempts I had with the other stories I picked out. So I ended up doing a poem, which I wasn't expecting to do, and I was able to crank out a 3 page paper, which is what counts right? I thought so.
Humanities is going to be a breeze now that I have the interview paper done. Because I can do my chapters no problem, but it was this interview thing that was getting me. I'm glad that I turn in the paper today, have my presentation next Thursday, and then I'm done with it. Then all I have to worry about is my 10 page Psych paper on "Killing Johnny Fry", the 5 page paper on what is art for Humanities, and whatever papers I decide to do for my last two English. And whatever my Japanese teacher feels like throwing at me.
Speaking of Japanese, I'm slowly learning to read Hiragana! We're learning Katakana right now, which for some reason is like, 10x harder than the Hiragana was.I can't wait to get into Kanji. /sarcasmI have no idea why, but that's the way the cookie crumbles I guess. The presentation I have to do is on Tea Ceremonies, which I sort of want to see if I can in-bed video files into power point, so I can "show" what one is like. We'll see how that goes. I might just have to settle for pictures. Yay picture hunt!
Work can blow me. It's making me miss littlekuriboh and TeamFourStar at Youmacon. Assholes. At least I have a costume for Halloween. I'm going to be "super pimp" and look at my store manager and ask her "where my money at".
Lets see. In other news, broke my headphone jack for my headphones. My computer is fine, the piece was stuck in the little input hole, but I don't think my poor headphones are going to work again. Which is okay, that just means I get my ghettofied ones with the tape holding the earpieces to the headband. I like those better anyway. Maybe that will be my NaNo goal. Reach 25,000 words, get a new pair of headphones.
Speaking of NaNo, just going to continue with last years, because there are 50,000 more words that story has, especially with the edits. So another year of YACAS! (yet another crack ass story for those that forgot the acronym.) Yay!
Peace,
should be getting ready for school psycho
