Err...yeah...

So, already broke my tablet. I really think this a new record besides the one where I touched someone's Nintendo DS and magically broke it that I've broke something this expensive this fast. And all I was doing was drawing with it! Then Windows disconnects is and says that an error had occurred and it won't work in any of my USB ports nor on anyone else's computer. So I updated my drives and all that, and did a little research. I'm guessing that my USB connector to the tablet somehow got knocked around and that I get to try to have it sent in to fix it, or attempt to sodder it myself and most likely screw something up. Which really blows...because I was just learning how to color decently too. :\

And my room was almost invaded by ants. Little fuckers tried to get in through the nice gap I have in between my screen and the metal inside part. Until I doused them all with dish soap and then ant spray. Hopefully they learned you just don't fuck with me.

Speaking of animals, Sonya has not left my side for almost a week now. It's strange for her because usually the only person she follows like this is Chris, and if I'm there, she leaves him alone completely. I mean, even if I close my bed room door, she'll sit outside it and cry for me to let her in. It's really weird since she was so antisocial for so long and now she's acting like the clingiest cat in the world. Makes me wonder if my roommates didn't just off the real one and got a replacement. :\

As for work related woes...dear GOD there are a lot of them. First, the new midnight person quits, so we're down a person. Great. Then Judi breaks her wrist/hand/whatever it is and is off for two weeks because the doctor told her to. Great. Then they get me a replacement for the girl that quit who isn't strong at service, but is good at grill. The problem? I had three grill people already for last night, didn't exactly need another one. Luckily, she knew enough service for her to pick back up, but all I'm asking for is a little courtesy of people asking what we need and then sending us what we need. It's all I ask. and for my store to actually hire DECENT candidates for midnights. Not these kids who think they'll get 8 hours of nothing and then brag about it to their friends. orz.

Getting sick too, which makes this week just suck horrabad. Seeing as I picked up Wednesdays until Judi gets back, it's not a good thing. I hope I'm over this stupid thing soon and it doesn't kick my ass too hard. :\
