I...am an artistic masochist.

So, work's been well, work. Next week is the Downriver Cruise, which is literally right outside our doors at work. The only good part of the cruise is being able to look out my window and watch all the vintage cars going down the street to get to Fort. however, no Super Bees. I want one still. So bad So...I'm going to be dead next weekend, which is okay. That just means that I get ahead on mango.

Speaking of art, doing another tattoo, although I'm pretty sure it'll be just like the ones I made for Vanessa, where they just look pretty on paper and that's about it. I just tell everyone now that I'll do them, they take me awhile, and don't expect me to go through a ton of sketchbooks to get it perfect. Bleh. I just hate trying to make them because everyone wants something specific. However, I am a welcome mat and therefore, will do it.

Another thing that I'm doing that I'm actually enjoying is the back of a t-shirt for an MLG team. My coworker plays for Halo 3 and wanted me to do a shirt design for the back. A shield with two dragons. It was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be. I have two sketches done and will be settling on a design for it tonight. Yay! However, he wants me to color it and...I haven't colored anything with my pencils in awhile. I'm going to go mess around with them today and relearn how to use them and shade. And look up tutorials for coloring metal. *shudder* Maybe this project is larger than I thought it was going to be.

My writing's been taking a back seat during all of this, which has my muse up in a roar. I've just been busy between art, general life, and signing up for school. That's right. I'm finally going back to school. So everyone can stop flippin' asking me! I'm going back in the Fall, and will be a good child. See the good child? Good child now wants a cookie.

I think that's about it for an update. I still have to sketch my page for the day. P:
